This is from a project (Greek Village Residential Development) that I worked on recently with Greek Architect David Mizrahi, for Hellenic Projects S.A. This image shows the final masterplan with all of the final concept renderings and their associated viewing angles located by arrows.

Another rendering that I worked on. Much of the design work was done by Greek architect/designer David Mizrahi.
This is the first board from my mid-term presentation for “Skyscrapers and Superheroes”. Here I’m proposing a crowd-sourcing center that would be located in the base of the John Hancock tower. The center would house three main areas: the projection screen and theater, onto which the results of a crowd-sourced project would be displayed (the big white surface); a personal computing room where the public could conduct research and prepare presentation material; and a repository/ database of past projects (leftmost). The cantilever at the top of the stairs is a viewing deck that is oriented towards Copley Square — it would double as beacon to pedestrians moving through Copley Sq.
